Sojourn Fermentory
A brewery and community gathering space in Bridgeport, Suffolk โ built around the same thing we are: bringing people together over good food and real conversation.
Roman-style pizzas made with 72-hour cold-fermented dough, Florence-style sandwiches on freshly baked bread, and small plates crafted to pair perfectly with every pour. Guests consistently rave about the pizza โ and the beignets.
Progressive European lagers, spontaneous fermentation releases, barrel-aged stouts, and a rotating lineup of ciders โ all served with the care and craftsmanship Sojourn is known for. Czech-inspired lager service with dedicated Lukr faucets elevates every pour.
